Q. What does "Azuar" mean.

A. Nothing; at least not to us. At the time we thought it sounded chic and exotic. By the way, it is pronounced "as you are".

Q. What's the deal with Al and Rich's heads alternating on the home page photo?

A. Al and Rich take turns playing bass with Azuar, depending on their personal availability.

Q. Is Azuar a "Christian" band.

A. Some of us do attend church, but we'd have a hard time playing "Tequila Sunrise" there.

Q. Do you take requests?

A. All the time. Playing them is another matter.

Q. What do you wear at gigs?

A. Clothes.

Q. Is Azuar a rock band, a pop band, a country band, a blues band, or an R&B band?

A. Yes.

Q. How many instruments does Serafin play?

A. His standard setup includes ten instruments: acoustic guitar, electric guitar, mandolin, violin, flute, recorder/pipe, bongos, tambourine, cowbell, and shaker.

Q. Why are there so few pictures of Serafin on the website?

A. Someone's gotta take pictures.

Q. Why does Craig have no bio on the website?

A. As a first-rate sound guy, Craig prefers to remain behind the scene. If he really wanted to strut his stuff, Craig could very easily steal the spotlight from Azuar's front-people with his fancy dancing abilities.

Q. What does RT stand for?

A. When Randy Sykes joined Azuar, the band started calling him "Randy Two" to avoid confusion with Randy Erwin. The abbreviation "RT" stuck.

Q. When did the Dodgers win the World Series?

A. The day Leona was born.

Q. Why?

A. Why not?

Q. Knock, knock.

A. Who's there?
